Exclusions: This guarantee covers the systems we manage. It does not cover downtime caused by: (1) third-party service outages (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, Google), (2) your domain or DNS misconfigurations, (3) issues with your hosting provider, or (4) acts of Force Majeure.
Our support is structured by severity to ensure critical issues are resolved fast.

Something isn't working right — AI responses are slow, text-backs not sending, calendar not syncing.
Target Response: < 24 Hours
Our uptime guarantee is valid as long as Rohit Kumar remains the sole administrator of your lead recovery system.
If you or a third party modifies the system configuration, AI prompts, or integrations without coordinating with us first, all performance guarantees are voided until we can verify and restore system integrity (billed hourly).
Your ability to cancel depends on your plan:
Cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. Service remains active until the end of your billing period.
1-year minimum commitment. Early termination requires payment of remaining contract balance. This covers the custom AI training, dedicated infrastructure, and extensive setup invested in your account.

The monthly fee covers maintenance and optimization of your existing lead recovery system. Building entirely new features, adding new integrations, or expanding to new channels (e.g., adding WhatsApp, voicemail drops) are quoted as separate projects.
If you purchased the Conversion-Engine Website add-on, the following delivery standards apply:
Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks from content receipt. Rush delivery (under 1 week) available for +25% fee.

2 revision rounds included. Submit all feedback in a single batch per round. Additional revisions billed at $75/hour.
All text, images, and brand assets must be provided within 7 business days of project kickoff. Delays may affect delivery timeline.
Base price covers 5-7 pages. Additional pages beyond this are billed at $150 per page. Must be agreed upon before development begins.
The add-on covers initial design and development. Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and technical changes after launch are billed at $75/hour or via a separate maintenance retainer.
