The "Zero-Training" Promise

Your business data — leads, customer conversations, call records — is never used to train AI models. We exclusively use enterprise API tiers (OpenAI, Anthropic) that enforce strict zero-retention and zero-training policies. Your data goes in, the AI responds, and nothing is stored or learned from.

What You Own vs. What We License

There's no vendor lock-in. Here's a clear breakdown:

You Own: All your leads, contacts, conversation logs, call records, calendar bookings, and any data generated by your lead recovery system. This is your data — period.
We Retain: The system logic — AI prompts, response templates, automation configurations, and integration architecture we built for you. You are granted an irrevocable, royalty-free license to continue using these as long as you operate the system.

System Handover

You're never locked in. If you want to bring your system in-house or hand it off to another provider, you can do that at any time.

To ensure nothing breaks during the transition, we provide a structured handover that includes full documentation of your system setup, AI prompts, and integration details. A Knowledge Transfer Fee applies to cover the documentation and handover sessions.

After Handover

Once the handover is complete and we revoke our access, the system is provided "as is." We are released from all performance guarantees, uptime SLAs, and liability for any issues caused by modifications made after the transfer.
